Each project is assigned a primary engineering point of contact within our organization. There is also a primary business point of contact. We suggest that our Client's do the same.
Senior Engineers rotate in and out of Project Leader roles.
This strategy keeps design engineers aware of the project perspective and project engineers up to date technically. For BLT and our Clients, this is a win-win situation.
