Initial Assimilation	Early investment in understanding the true goals of our Client has been key to BLT's reputation of value and Client satisfaction. We intentionally insure a level of over communication rather than risk a less than complete understanding.
Special Considerations (i.e. Anti-Tamper)	Certain design facets require, at least strongly benefit from by being addressed early in the process.
Initial Architectural Design	BLT creates a "straw man" product that matches current understanding yet remains infinitely flexible to evolve to an optimal solution.
Final Specification	A clean unambiguous specification is the pay-off for our investment in understanding and communication between all parties.
Final Architectural Design	The architecture to be implemented, as described in the final specification is created and reviewed on more time.
Implementation Plan	From cost to scheduled all facets of getting to the finish line are addressed including addressing any identified areas of risk or opportunity.
PCB Design	BLT uses the most advanced PCB entry, analysis, and simulation tools
Power, Cooling, and Mechanical Co-Design	For many designs, power has become the leading challenge. Even when not the case, all aspects of the mechanical incarnation are explored and an optimal solution is created.
FPGA Design	BLT employs it's world-class process of designing FPGAs as needed.
FW and SW Design	As needed, embedded FW is developed as is higher level and user interface software and drivers.
Prototype Verification	The process concludes when the prototype is determined to comply with all Client market and testing requirements as described in the final specification.
Production	BLT's local ITAR production facility can produce 5 or 5000 units a month.
Inventory, Client delivery or Drop shipment	Based on each Client's needs, BLT can inventory tested units, deliver tested units to the Client or manage drop shipping to a location of the Client's choice.
