Responsibilities and requirements include:

Assuming the responsibility of managing client relationships from a technical and schedule perspective.
High-speed digital logic design, simulation and implementation of FPGAs, Boards, and Systems.
Supervision of other BLT staff engineers and external partner consultants.
Assistance in recruiting additional BLT engineers, project engineers, and external consultants.
Generation of project documentation both technical and managerial.
Teaching a wide range of courses from VHDL through Xilinx specific classes.
Location: MD Design Center
US Citizenship Required.
Able and willing to obtain TS-SCI fully polly clearance.

The fulfillment of these responsibilities will require the Engineering Project Managers to be highly flexible, dynamic and mature. Engineering management experience, a thorough knowledge of HDLs and FPGA design and excellent communication and presentation skills are required. In addition to the formal responsibilities of the position, you should be prepared to assist in all areas of company operations. Some overnight travel will be required. Full time position reporting to the Director of Engineering.
