Every associate receives a fixed quarterly amount intended to pay for life, health and other insurances.
- Every associate is required to have life and health insurance.
- What is not used for insurances, must be claimed as earned income.

It is correct to assume, subject to Client responsibilities and maintaining an average of 30 hours per week, that each associate has unlimited vacation.
|
It is correct to assume that if an associate has coverage from other sources, that the quarterly insurance amount is effectively added to their earnings.
